Armwrestling is the combat sport where two opponents face off standing at professional armwrestling tables. Come and experience this thrilling sport with Aarhus Armwrestlers, where experienced instructors will show you how it all works.
Training is divided into two parts. From 17:00–18:00, the introduction begins with a brief presentation of the sport, group warm-up, safety and basic technique review — and then you try your hand at it. There may also be grip strength challenges. From 18:00, the club runs its regular open Wednesday training session, where you are welcome to stay longer and train alongside other club members.
No prior experience is needed — the club ensures everyone gets safely started. There are no requirements for special clothing or equipment. Note that training takes place outdoors in good weather and indoors when it rains.
