What does it mean to live as a believer today – and specifically here in Aarhus? This panel discussion explores both barriers and bridges between different religious communities through conversations with people from various traditions.
The panel consists of:
- Namik Catkafa, Secretary General of the Danish Islamic Religious Community
- Maia, project leader at the Jewish Information Centre Aarhus
- Esben Thusgård, newly appointed Bishop of Aarhus
- Lasse Åbom, Baptist minister at Immanuelskirken and active in the network Queer and Christian
The conversation is moderated by Sara Bindeballe, librarian and facilitator at Dokk1, and will address key questions: How do believers experience safety and inclusion? When do you feel welcome, and when do you encounter prejudice? What values do the faith traditions share despite their differences? The audience will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout.
