Join an open book club where you'll explore three carefully selected novels throughout the autumn. This cozy gathering typically brings together 7-8 participants who share thoughts and insights about the books they've read. Stine, the library's literature specialist, leads each session and participates in the discussions.
You're welcome to attend all meetings or just one—no prerequisites needed. The club will discuss:
- Monday 7 September, 10:30–12:00: Arv og miljø by Vigdis Hjort (collect book from 4 August)
- Monday 5 October, 10:30–12:00: To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee (collect book from 7 September)
- Monday 9 November, 10:30–12:00: Skyggen foran mig by Kim Fupz Aakeson (collect book from 5 October)
To sign up, collect your copy from the desk at Hasle Library and provide your name and phone number—or simply let staff know you're attending if you have your own copy. Questions? Contact Stine at [email protected].
