Does your child's teddy bear need a health check? On Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Teddy Bear Hospital opens at Steno Museum. Nursing and medical students examine and treat teddy bears, stuffed animals, and other beloved companions. It's a day where the children's bears are in focus and can receive both care and a professional check-up.
Perhaps your bear needs treatment for a stomach ache, or maybe it just deserves an encouraging inspection. Bring your child and their stuffed animal to a delightful experience where there is room for both bear-care activities and curious questions.
Entry is free for children, but each boy and girl needs a ticket for one teddy bear or stuffed animal. Tickets for both children and accompanying adults must be booked online in advance. Adults pay 60 kr. per ticket and may bring a maximum of 4 children. Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and for fixed time slots between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. — choose the time that works best for you when booking.
