Baseball5 is a modern 5v5 version of baseball, played on the street. Instead of a pitcher and catcher, the batter strikes the ball with their hand, resembling roundball and creating a fast-paced game without stagnation.
The sport is mixed-gender, so men and women play together on teams. The learning curve is very low — comparable to padel and futsal — and the rules are easy to understand, so beginners quickly experience success. Experience from handball, volleyball, basketball, cricket, roundnet, roundball or baseball is an advantage, but not required.
Aarhus Baseball Softball Club invites you to open training as part of the Aarhus Tryout. The entire team is new to the sport (less than a year's experience), so you are very welcome as a beginner. The club prioritizes good team culture and is always looking for new players.
