Trine Hahnemann, Danish chef and author of over 20 cookbooks on Nordic gastronomy, launches the Danish edition of Lyse Nætter – a celebration of Scandinavian summer cuisine. In England, she is known as "Denmark's Delia Smith", and her book Copenhagen Food won an award from The Guild of Food Writers.
During the event, Trine serves a large cake table inspired by the book, warm buns with butter and cheese, complimentary coffee and tea, and a glass of sparkling wine. She shares stories from her life in the culinary world – from catering tours for artists such as Pink Floyd and Elton John to founding the popular Hahnemanns Køkken in Østerbro, featuring a bakery and cooking school.
Seating must be reserved in advance. Admission 210 kr.
