Cola performs at Phono with material from the album C.O.L.A., whose title stands for Cost of Living Adjustment. The record explores, among other things, the randomness of life, nostalgia, and the tension between a romantic, understated, and more intense sound. The band consists of Tim Darcy, Evan Cartwright, and Ben Stidworthy, and the release is described as a development of their existing style, combining fine minimalism with fuller arrangements, as heard on the track "Hedgesitting".
Cola is a Canadian band rooted in the alternative rock scene. The concert takes place at Phono. Admission: 140 kr + possible fee. Tickets are required for this event.
