Danish Dance Theatre offers dance workshops as part of Godsbanen's art exhibition The Living Clay. Here participants have the opportunity to explore sculptor Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen's artistic vision through body movement, improvisation and collaborative creative development.
The workshop sessions are led by Danish Dance Theatre's experienced dance facilitators, who guide participants through movement games, physical exercises, creative tasks and material experiments. The focus is on exploring the creative potential that our own bodies can activate when encountering and responding to Carl-Nielsen's artistic craftsmanship.
No previous dance experience is required — the workshop is open to all interested participants, regardless of level or background. The event takes place at Godsbanen and is funded by the Carl and Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen Legacy as part of the exhibition programme The Living Clay — Create with Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen.
