David Francey

Roots Aarhus welcomes David Francey for the first time for an intimate concert at Teater Refleksion. The Scottish-born Canadian songwriter will perform this evening accompanied by a guitarist. David Francey is known as a compelling storyteller on stage, and his songs often revolve around working life, society, landscapes, and people in Canada. He has released twelve albums and has won the JUNO award four times, most recently in 2024 for the album The Breath Between, as well as four Canadian Folk Music Award and the SOCAN Folk Music Award in 2008.

The concert takes place at Teater Refleksion, Frederiksgade 72b, 1sal. Aarhus C, 8000 Danmark. Capacity is very limited, and tickets can be bought at the door, where only MobilePay is accepted. Beer, wine, and water will be available for purchase at the concert. If you have limited mobility or use a wheelchair, there is a lift in the courtyard, and help with access can be arranged on the day.
