An interactive nature walk where children explore and learn all about trees through play and scientific investigation. Participants measure tree heights using their own bodies, conduct creative investigations, and celebrate the beauty of nature by observing closely and measuring the ground beneath the trees.
The tour is led by volunteer nature guide Isabella K. Larsen and includes active exercises, play, investigations, and a short break. Feel free to bring snacks, packed lunch, and water. Clothing should be warm and appropriate for the weather with sturdy footwear; rain gear is recommended.
