New Year's Eve at Roberta's is not a formal affair with rigid seating charts and stressful preparation. Instead, we focus on what matters most: excellent food, long conversations, champagne, live music, games, and plenty of time to enjoy the last evening of the year among friends and new acquaintances.
The evening begins at 5:00 PM with welcome prosecco and three small appetizers – crispy focaccia crostini with prosciutto, endive with smoked trout dip, and crispy crustades with crab meat. At 6:00 PM we livestream the King's New Year's speech, after which we take our seats at the long tables.

- Starter: White Fish Crudo – thin slices of hiramasa with cucumber marinade and fresh focaccia
- Main Course: Roberta's Truffle Chicken – our signature roasted chicken with fresh winter truffles, served with pommes allumettes and Green Goddess salad
- Dessert: Roberta's Tiramisu – the perfect way to end the year
Throughout the evening, our DJ provides live music and the bar stays open. Pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, darts, and ping pong are freely available all evening. As midnight approaches, we walk together to Mølleparken to welcome 2027. The party continues at Roberta's afterwards until the bar closes at 1:30 AM.
You can add Cecilie Champagne or Matteo Prosecco with a kransekagetårn (tower cake) – we'll have everything ready at 11:30 PM.
