Participate in a day of family constellation work where you can gain new perspectives on relationships and patterns that weigh on your life. Perhaps you struggle with a relationship that doesn't bring peace, or a recurring pattern you don't fully understand. Or you're simply curious and want to experience what happens when family constellations are worked with in the room.
The event begins with an introduction so that everyone – including those completely new to the method – can participate fully. Afterwards, work is done with the themes and constellations that are needed in the group. You can bring your own theme for constellation, or you can serve as a representative in other participants' constellations. Both roles provide valuable insights; many find themselves touched by constellations even when it's not their own theme.
In family constellation work, people and elements from a theme are represented by participants and placed in the room. From there, the facilitator explores what emerges – relationships, positions, sensations and movements. Nothing is to be analyzed or solved; the aim is to create space for what shows itself to become clear.
Facilitation is provided by Cecilie Lanken, Integral Hypnotherapist and Family Constellation Facilitator, with a background in both Integral Hypnotherapy and Family Constellation work. No prior experience is required – just a willingness to be curious and open to being present in a safe and attentive space with the other participants.
