Flagstang Markeder takes place at Godsbanen in Rå Hal, 8000 Aarhus C, where you can browse a wide mix of stalls with nearly new, lightly used, vintage and retro clothing, shoes, jewellery, and home items ranging from rolling pins to ceramics. There is often used toys as well, and both private sellers, designers, artisans and creative makers can take part with their goods.
The market is open from 10.00 - 15.00, with setup from 9.00 and clearing the space no later than 16.00. A stall costs 450 kr. including a table (1,8m x 0,8m) in a space of approx. 2,0x2,0 metres, or 350 kr. without a table in the same size space. A clothing rack including 25 hangers costs 200 kr., and an extra rack can be added to any stall booking. Two people may share one space. The market is intended for private sellers as well as designers, artisans and creative participants, but not for shops, counterfeit goods or newly produced fabrics sold by the metre. There is plenty of parking in the surrounding area.
