Experience classical music at its most intimate through this special chamber concert. Five flutists present works by Strauss, McGuire, Ferroud, Beeftink, von Dohnanyi and Ravel – a curated program created by the musicians themselves based on their personal artistic preferences and desire to highlight their ensemble playing.
This concert is a unique opportunity to get close to members of the symphony orchestra and feel the nuances of classical music's most private moments. The program ranges from Strauss' witty arrangement of "Till Eulenspiegels lustige Streiche" to Ravel's colorful "Daphnis et Chloé: 2. suite", with solo pieces and shorter works in between.
