Talk on Coffee + Cupping

Learn more about coffee at a talk exploring why coffee can vary so much in price and how roasting affects the flavor. You will also get an introduction to the history of coffee and different roast profiles.

During the event, participants will try cupping, a professional tasting method in which different coffees are compared to highlight their distinctive flavors and aromas. The event takes place at Café Klubånd, and after the talk there will be an opportunity to buy coffee beans.
