Behind the artist name Slagger Lund is Aarhus-based Flemming Lund, a multidisciplinary creator working as a songwriter, visual artist, and author. In 2025, he released his debut novel En 80 meter bjørn, which Weekendavisen called "one of the most important five books right now", and the same year he was awarded the Dan Turéll Medal.
