FDF Beder-Malling invites you to become a volunteer leader in a children's and youth organization, where you combine fresh air, fun experiences, and meaningful work. As a volunteer, you get the opportunity to make a real difference for children's and young people's development through play, outdoor life, and creative activities.
The circle consists of a young group with many students and emphasizes community among leaders. Every Tuesday you meet for dinner together after activities with the children - completely free. You need no previous FDF experience or educational background; just enthusiasm for creating good experiences for children and young people. As a new leader, you receive full support and always work as part of a team.
Flexibility is important: you decide how often you participate - from weekly meetings to individual activities or occasional help. Many leaders balance volunteering with exams and internships.
