Young employees have unique needs when starting their careers – and it goes far beyond procedures. We focus on community, identity, and their inner development during the transition from student to working professional.
At this Friday meeting, you'll meet Gitte Xenia Rymark, who has grounded her master's thesis in exactly this transition. She presents a qualitative look at what happens when recent graduates first enter the job market, and why onboarding that acknowledges this transformative journey is so crucial. She equips you with concrete language for what is otherwise hard to spot, and shows practical tools for designing onboarding that genuinely matches young employees' needs. All delivered with humor, reflection, and direct quotes from the young people themselves.
Gitte Xenia brings practical experience as a HR, change, and project manager at headquarters of Matas, Coop, and Visma. Since 2020, she has shared her expertise through engaging talks and workshops across the country, challenging leaders to reflect on their practices and relationships with the next generation.
After the presentation, there will be time for questions and dialogue with both Gitte Xenia and hosts Tenna and Liv. Bring your colleagues – this event is designed for managers and business leaders who want to better understand – and lead – today's young employees.
You'll receive: Coffee, cake, and access to an inspiring community of leaders sharing the same interest in developing themselves and their leadership.
