Godsbanen opens its doors to a traditional Christmas market where studios and galleries transform into a vibrant yuletide universe. Over 100 stands under one roof showcase art, design, arts and crafts, illustration, ceramics, jewelry, textiles and other handmade products from some of the country's most skilled craftspeople and artists.
Find unique and distinctive Christmas gifts that you won't encounter in regular shops. A special highlight is the market's raffle with prizes from all participating vendors. Food and beverages are served from Restaurant GODS, offering both delicious meals and hot drinks.
The area around Godsbanen becomes one of the city's largest gathering points for creativity, community and Christmas spirit this weekend, as neighboring institutions – the Aarhus School of Architecture and Institute for (X) – also arrange Christmas markets and activities on the same dates.
