On Saturday, 28 November 2026, you are invited to a day filled with Irish dance and music in Aarhus. The event takes place at Finnebyens Forsamlingshus, Bornholmsvej 1, 8210 Aarhus V, and is led by an experienced instructor. You will have the opportunity to experience live musicians playing authentic Irish melodies – reels, jigs, polkas, hornpipes and slides.
Irish Set dance is a quadrille dance similar to Lanciers, and the day is structured as a combination of workshop and ball. During the afternoon you will learn the basic steps and figures so you can fully participate in the céili ball in the evening.
