Salling ROOFTOP invites you to an Italian evening with social dining featuring 4 servings. Upon arrival at 17:30, you will be welcomed with a glass of Aperol, after which the menu is served as bruschetta with salmon and grilled palm kale, crisp pointed cabbage, fresh ricotta and pickled sea buckthorn, followed by antipasti with bresaola, proschiutto crudo, salame napoli, pecorino with chili, charred taleggio, olive tapenade and pesto of green herbs.
This is followed by Vitello Tonnato with thin slices of pink-roasted veal fillet, classic tuna sauce, semidried tomatoes, caper berries, arugula and parmesan flakes, served with freshly baked bread. The evening ends with homemade tiramisu and a glass of ice-cold limoncello. Drinks from the menu can be purchased throughout the evening until the bar closes at 19:30.
