A beloved Danish Christmas concert with Mark Dixon and Christoffer Brodersen returns to Aarhus. Since their formation in Sønderborg in 1999, the duo has become a fixture in the Christmas calendars of countless Danes – many see the concert as essential before Christmas officially begins.
The programme offers a well-balanced mix of classic Christmas songs, modern holiday hits and plenty of warm humour. With two voices, two guitars and solid craftsmanship, Mark & Christoffer deliver a show that sends the audience home with both Christmas spirit and smiles. Each year, the concert includes both a retrospective of the year and a tribute to an artist who has left their mark on music or cultural life – meaning there is always something new to experience while traditions are preserved.
