ARoS hosts literary meetings that connect contemporary art with socially relevant themes through moderated discussions.
This conversation draws from the exhibition The Fall of Freedom – Art in Germany 1910–1945 and explores the period through author Tom Buk-Swienty's two Berlin books: Berlin is Burning and The Russians Are Coming. This approach brings new literary perspectives to art history. The conversation is moderated by literary critic Klaus Rothstein.
The event takes place on level 3 in the Auditorium. Admission costs 100 kr. excluding museum entry. If you do not have an annual pass, you must purchase a museum ticket – but you can request a refund the same day if you purchase an annual pass during your visit.
