Join an inspiring and intense women's evening with ARC Women, focusing on functional training tailored for runners. The training takes place in the shop's space and combines equipment, tools and bodyweight exercises to build strength, stability and improve fitness. All levels are welcome, and the instructors will adapt the training so everyone can participate fully.
