Lake Street Dive takes the stage at Musikhuset Aarhus for a concert centered on the band’s distinctive blend of soul, folk, classical music, and pop. The group is known for pushing the boundaries of pop with warmth, rhythmic energy, and a strong sense of togetherness in their music. The set also includes songs from the 2024 album Good Together, which is Grammy-nominated and created from the band’s idea of "joyful rebellion."
On stage are Rachael Price (vocals), Bridget Kearney (bass and backing vocals), Mike Calabrese (drums and backing vocals), Akie Bermiss (keys and vocals), and James Cornelison (guitar and backing vocals), performing in Rytmisk sal. Before the main act, support comes from Røverdatter, also known as Maja Møller-Knudsen from Langeland, now based in Svendborg, with honest and organic pop music. Admission: 415 kr.
