Living Stories & Communal Dining

The Storytelling Café and Storytellers in East Jutland invite you to a festive evening celebrating their 15th anniversary. The theme is teenage stories, and the program combines communal dining, listening to live storytelling, and the opportunity to participate actively.

The evening begins with vegetarian and organic food from Café Gaya's kitchen – today's warm dish, power salad, bread, and dip – served at long tables. This is followed by two hours of storytelling, including fairy tales, thrillers, life stories, and tall tales. The regular hosts Anna Grethe Bech and Theodor Klostergaard lead the program, and the Storytelling Café's musicians improvise musically based on the stories.

You are also invited to participate actively – entirely voluntarily. You can invent endings to started stories, share travel experiences, tall tales, or tell about special moments.

Practical: The evening runs from 18:00 to 20:45, with dining from 18:00 to 18:45 and storytelling from 18:45 to 20:45 in two sessions with a break in between.
