The Elf at the Grocer's is performed at Helsingør Theater, a beautiful historic theater building from 1817 preserved in its original condition. The performance takes place on this special stage located in Den Gamle By.
Den Gamle By does not require a separate admission ticket to see performances in Helsingør Theater. However, ticket holders from Fabelscenen can receive a discount on regular admission to Den Gamle By – the discount is shown by presenting the theater ticket at the museum's main entrance on the day of the performance. The discount does not apply to tickets purchased online.
