Northern Assembly brings Christmas back with a concert that goes beyond gifts and commercial holiday cheer, focusing instead on presence, reflection, and those quiet moments that give Christmas its true meaning.
The concert centers on the band's new album Take Back Christmas, a work developed over nearly a decade featuring original Christmas songs. Since 2017, Northern Assembly has released a new song each year, drawing inspiration from traditional hymns and Christmas texts and reinterpreting them through their distinctive musical voice. The result is a concert experience filled with atmosphere, stories, and music that invites the listener to pause and reflect.
Through hundreds of performances, the band has established a distinctive artistic identity known for creating intense and intimate concerts. Their aesthetic blends acoustic warmth, sensitive vocals, and contemporary production into a sonic landscape that feels both timeless and current. This has established them as a respected name among Danish music critics.
