Roots Aarhus presents a double concert with the Scottish acts Project Smok and Ainsley Hamill at Teater Refleksion. Project Smok is a Neo-Trad trio featuring Ali Levack (flute), Ewan Baird (bodhrán) and Pablo Lafuente (guitar), who since 2017 have made their mark with a sound that combines traditional Scottish music with modern new-age pop influences. Ainsley Hamill returns after a sold-out concert with Roots Aarhus in 2023 and brings powerful vocal performances and songs inspired by the Scottish landscape and stories from her homeland, including themes such as feminism and equality.
The concert takes place at Teater Refleksion, Frederiksgade 72b, 1sal. Aarhus C, 8000 Danmark. Admission: 100-230 kr. Capacity is very limited, and tickets can be bought at the door, where only MobilePay is accepted. Please note that it may sell out. Beer, wine and water will be available for purchase at the concert. If you have limited mobility or use a wheelchair, there is a lift in the courtyard, and the organisers will help with access on the day.
