Qigong is a Chinese movement practice that combines slow, harmonious movements, gentle stretching, and controlled breathing. This session offers meditation in motion – without the need to sit or lie still.
Sessions are held in nature, where classical Chinese tradition holds that the body absorbs natural energy during outdoor practice. You'll also enjoy fresh air and fewer distractions from daily life.
What you'll gain:
- Mental reset and clearer thinking
- Greater calm in your body
- A pause where you can be present with yourself
The course is designed for students seeking relief from a pressured daily routine. No prior experience is required – you simply need to be able to walk about 1 km in light terrain and perform the exercises standing. All levels are welcome.
You meet together at the location, where the instructor guides you to a natural area suitable for practice. Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and match the weather, along with sturdy footwear. Bring a water bottle and optionally a mat or cushion for breaks.
