A critical analysis of Denmark's crisis preparedness from historian and disaster researcher Rasmus Dahlberg. The lecture focuses on extreme weather, technological breakdowns, and hybrid threats that could potentially impact our society – from water supply and electrical grid to communication and access to goods and services.
Dahlberg is a lecturer in societal security at Roskilde University and member of the Ministry of Societal Security and Emergency Preparedness's Expert Panel. He has served as gamemaster on DR1 programme "Crisis Exercise: Hybrid Attack on Denmark", which tests Denmark's preparedness under extreme conditions.
The event is part of the full day "Together on Preparedness" at the library, featuring lectures, activities, and conversations about crisis preparedness, arranged in collaboration with DR, Danish Adult Education Association, and Østifterne.
