The Thali menu highlights include fried papadums, a large thali platter with 10 vegetarian dishes plus butter chicken with steamed basmati rice, and concludes with chai ice cream with browned butter and salted caramel. Each meal also includes a glass of cocktail, beer, wine, or water.
