Senior Water Polo – Free Trial Session

Experience water polo through a free trial session! This is a fun and social team sport where swimming, strength, and tactics go hand in hand. The game is played 7 vs 7 with ball throws, passes, and shots on goal – much like handball in water, but with even more action and intensity.

No previous experience necessary – you just need to be able to swim and have the desire to give your all in the water as part of a social men's team. After the trial session, you have the option to join for 250 kr. for the rest of the season.
