Join a cozy shared Nordic reading evening, where thousands of people across the Nordic region gather on the same day for collective reading. The library and Harlev Library Friends invite you – in collaboration with the Nordic Association – to this special event featuring readings, group singing, and warm beverages.
This year features passages from They Will Drown in Their Mothers' Tears by Johannes Anyuru, a dystopian novel exploring what happens to a democratic society when its values are not protected. The evening is complemented by collective singing from the Danish Folk High School Songbook, and coffee and pastries are served in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
