Solar is a stage adaptation of Theis Ørntoft’s novel and is described as a wild adventure, a hallucinated road trip, and a journey into the reptile brain. The performance revolves around longing, identity, and dark impulses, and it is created and performed by Emil Aron Dorph. He graduated from Amsterdam University of the Arts in 2025, and SOLAR is his debut performance in Denmark after first being staged at Aveny-T.
The production won a Talentreumert 2026.
