Start your Sunday in the right tempo with an atmospheric morning at Café Gaya. Enjoy a delicious Christmas brunch paired with live jazz from Quist Møller Duo – vocalist Tescha Maria Quist and pianist Jens Edlef Møller. The two musicians bring over 30 years of experience from the East Jutland music scene and have created an intimate and heartfelt duo format since 2017.
The musical program features Christmas classics such as Santa Baby, The Christmas Song and I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, popular Christmas songs like Last Christmas and All I Want for Christmas interpreted in the duo's own jazz-inflected style, Danish Christmas and winter songs, and hymns. The duo moves fluidly between standard jazz, bossa nova, pop ballads and original compositions – all marked by soulful presence and intimacy.
