An intimate gathering for anyone seeking to connect with themselves at a deeper level. Through guided meditation and silent practices, participants are invited to explore their inner world without pressure to perform or explain.
The day includes an opening ritual, guided meditative journey through the body and energy centers, private journalling, paired soul gazing, a "who are you" inquiry in pairs, a collective sound or breath moment, and the central closing practice: guided Yoga Nidra – a guided deep relaxation inward journey. The day concludes with shared rituals, and each participant takes a card home.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat (or similar), an eye mask, a cushion and blanket or warm layer for Yoga Nidra, plus optional slippers or warm socks.
Important: Yoga Nidra requires lying down for an extended period. This is not recommended without medical guidance if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a diagnosed mental health condition, or are currently unwell. Contact the organiser if you are unsure.
