Learn to make fermented dishes based on what the season offers. This workshop series is presented in three sessions, each with its own focus: August 31st covers vinegar, September 14th sauerkraut, and September 28th kimchi.
The workshop gives you practical insight into fermentation techniques, inspiration for using your fermented creations in everyday cooking, and knowledge about where and how to source seasonal produce from small local farmers. You are welcome to attend one or multiple evenings – participants who come more than once will receive feedback on their own fermentations.
The workshop is led by Sarafina Kimø, founder of the Fermentorskab community, which meets every other week to experiment with fermentation and share meals together. Fermentorskab works towards more climate-friendly eating and a more sustainable and equitable food system.
