Visit Ole Rømer Observatory for a fascinating evening filled with astronomy and exploration. With Denmark's largest telescope, you'll have the opportunity to observe the night sky up close – perhaps catching the Moon's craters, Saturn's rings, distant galaxies, or iconic constellations.
The presentation takes place regardless of weather conditions. On clear nights, you'll step outside to view the season's starry sky through the telescope. If clouds block the sky, you'll instead be invited inside to explore the observatory's rooms and hear exciting stories about the universe's secrets, current space missions, or the building's rich history. You'll also be shown stunning images from the world's largest space telescopes.
This approximately 90-minute experience guarantees you'll learn more about astronomy – even without a clear sky. Feel free to bring questions for the presenter and dress warmly, as it will be cool under the stars. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available for purchase.
