Sing in the Blue. Community Singing

Monthly community singing event where musical joy and fellowship take centre stage. For over 30 years, music lovers from Aarhus have gathered to sing from the Community Song Book – called "the blue" – one of Denmark's most iconic song collections. Since 1894, the book has evolved through 19 editions and contains 601 songs ranging from hymns and traditional community songs to pop, ballads, Latin and rock.

Everyone is welcome to this free event, regardless of singing experience. Musikhuset's doors open one hour before the start, where you can enjoy coffee, cake and smørrebrød at the café. Feel free to bring your own songbook, as demand for the provided copies is high. The event is supported by the Support Association FHH and the Spar Nord Foundation.
