Tvivler, Pleaser, Båndet and Marí perform an evening of noise, punk and melancholic songcraft in TRAIN's new concert halls on Kalkværksvej in Sydhavnen. Tvivler consists of Thomas Feltheim on guitar, Morten Ogstrup on bass, Morten Clausen on drums and Thomas Burø on vocals, and since 2014 the band has worked with an aggressive sound rooted in punk, hardcore, progressive metal, math rock and noiserock. They have released 'Ego' (2020), 'Kilogram' (2022) and the trilogy Negativ Psykologi #1-3. Pleaser brings their energetic and original take on punk, while Båndet, a trio from Århus, plays rock/punk with Danish lyrics and references to Mission Of Burma, Hüsker Dü, Wipers and Fugazi.
Marí completes the bill with songs from a thoughtful, calm and darkly melancholic universe. Her debut album 'Making Peace with Uncertainty' was released in 2023 and recorded in Sigur Ros' studio just outside Reykjavik in collaboration with producer Albert Finnbogason. Doors open one hour before. A limited number of wheelchair spaces are available, and wheelchair tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster at tel. no. 3848 1633. A valid companion card must be brought and presented on the concert evening.
