Boys and girls around 11 years old are invited to a fun and motivating basketball training session. This trial practice is organized by Lystrup Lions and focuses on games and basic basketball exercises, so everyone can learn more about Denmark's fastest-growing sport.
Remember to bring indoor shoes and a water bottle. The training is free, and you can sign up here on the day or register in advance. The venue is Lystrup Idrætscenter, Mondays.
