Welcome to U13 Mix – a training group where children can try basketball, one of Denmark's fastest-growing sports. Through motivating games and basic exercises, players learn the sport's fundamental techniques in a fun and inclusive environment.
The training is organized by Lystrup Lions and is completely free to try. Remember to bring indoor shoes and a water bottle.
