Anne Viese teaches the use of singing bowls for wellbeing and sound in water at Audonicon in Skanderborg. The course is aimed at those who would like to work with sound, tones, frequencies and resonance, create more balance in body and mind, or explore alternative forms of treatment. Participants receive practical tools and the chance to hold 1-2 singing bowls, allowing them to experience the tangible sound up close.
Module 1 takes place Sunday 4 October from 9:00-11:45 at Audonicon, Grønnedalsvej 14 in Skanderborg. Price kr. 500,-/600,-. No prior experience is required. All that is needed is interest and a willingness to lie on a mat or a mattress you bring yourself while sound and singing bowls are set in motion. Registration takes place by writing to the instructor to receive a registration link.
