Meet Nikolaj Jacobsen, head coach of the Danish men's handball team, in this unique lecture. Encounter the man who has made his mark on Danish and international handball history as both player and coach – with four World Championship golds, Olympic gold and silver, plus a European Championship silver medal.
Jacobsen shares his path to success: from an active playing career cut short by injury to a coaching career where everything fell into place. He recounts entertaining anecdotes about the human tactics he uses to get his players to perform beyond their own expectations. He explains how he has repeatedly dared to challenge convention and find new approaches when turning a group of individualists into a cohesive unit.
Peter Sloth hosts the event. Admission starts from 319 kr.
