A cosy social dining evening at Resonans, where food and wine take centre stage. You enjoy multiple courses and a generous wine buffet throughout the meal – all included in the price.

Choose how you'd like to sit: meet new people at a communal table or enjoy an intimate dinner at your own table. The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of time to savour both the food, wine and company.

Menu

  • Antipasto: Vitello tonnato, burrata with tomato and basil, focaccia with olive oil and olives
  • Starter: Tortelloni with mushroom ragout, Parmesan cream, sage and roasted hazelnuts
  • Main course: Veal culotte with rosemary and garlic, fresh pasta in light Parmesan cream, red wine sauce and gremolata
  • Dessert: Classic Italian tiramisu

Price: 349 DKK per person – includes menu and wine buffet.
