Join Gellerup Library in the library garden to press your own apples into fresh cider. The library provides all necessary equipment, including an electric mill and two presses – one designed specifically for children and families through the Thursday Workshop, and one for other guests.
What you should bring:
- Your own apples (maximum 25–30 kg per person)
- Containers to hold the cider
- Bag or container to take the apple pomace home with you
If you already have experience with apple pressing equipment, you can contact the library at [email protected] to arrange a special time between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to press your apples.
