Anne Bjerre, health visitor, sleep consultant and founder of Søvnhuset.dk, visits the open mother-baby café to share her knowledge and experience about infant sleep and healthy sleep habits. During the session, you will receive practical tools to make bedtime easier for your child, and you have the opportunity to have your baby's sleep pattern screened. Afterwards, you are welcome to participate in dialogue with other parents about your experiences and challenges.
The event lasts approximately one hour. Your baby is very welcome to attend, and coffee and tea will be provided for all the tired parents. Please book a free ticket for yourself and your baby so the organisers can arrange the venue optimally for all participants. The venue is Gellerup Library.
