Christmas is just around the corner, and at Lystrup Library this evening you can experience Charles Dickens' classic tale "A Christmas Carol" in a lively adaptation. Ellen Mortensen narrates the story and plays all the roles as she dramatises the work about the greedy, cold-hearted businessman Mr. Scrooge, who is visited by three spirits.
The performance is full of Dickensian charm, swing and humour, but it also poses a thoughtful question: can one change as a person through new insights? The director is Pernille Stockfleth. It is an ideal show if you want the Christmas atmosphere with an extra thought to take home.
There is a small, cosy refreshment service during the interval.
