Maria's Testament is a modern dramatic production exploring the untold story of Mary — motherhood, grief, and the endlessly difficult question of meaning. Director Hans Rønne has created a gripping experience in which Mary herself tells her testimony through an intimate monologue. As she pieces together the events surrounding her son's death, she searches for answers to: can there be a cause large enough to make it meaningful?
The production features Bodil Alling and includes Søren la Cour and Søren Søndberg. Set design by Gitte Baastrup frames this intense and reflective story.
